產學合作

● 近幾年每年輔導三到六家企業進行產學合作案，計畫經費從十五萬元到五十萬元，每年產學合作案金額約一百萬元左右。
● 輔導生達化學製藥(上市公司)、台灣基礎國際網路(目前更名為台灣數位光訊，為上櫃公司)、及乃興企業、昆富工業與利慶工業等中小企業公司推動平衡計分卡制度
● 輔導台北市衛生局、彰化基督教醫院、高雄醫藥大學附設醫院、大林慈濟醫院、竹山秀傳醫院、…等等醫院推動平衡計分卡制度，自 2007-2014
● 協助佳聯有線公司、北港有線公司、中投有線公司等推動顧客滿意度調查分析
● 輔導巧新公司、乃興企業、瑞振公司、利慶工業等公司改善其經營管理制度
● 協助多家企業與醫院進行成本分析與管理
